Morton Marvels is the name of our wrap-around care provision for parents/carers who need to drop their children off earlier or pick them up later than normal school hours.
Morton Marvels ‘Breakfast Club’
Our Breakfast Club runs daily during term time, from 7.30am until 8.40am, when children go to their classrooms for registration.
A range of breakfasts are provided, and supervised games, crafts and activities are offered throughout the session.
The club is managed by Mrs Padgett and the other regular members of staff are Mr Jeanes, Mrs Monk and Mrs Poucher-Newall.
The cost is £5.00 per session.
Morton Marvels ‘After School Club’
Our After School Club runs daily during term time, from 3.15pm to 5.30pm. Children are registered immediately after school before being offered a drink and a snack. They are then able to access a variety of activities, such as playing games and sports, completing homework, spending time socialising and taking part in art and craft activities.
The afternoon club is managed by Mr Holland and the other regular members of staff are Mr Jeanes, Mrs Prance, Mrs Poucher-Newall and Miss Horsfall.
The cost is £8.50 per session.
Morton Marvels Bookings
All Morton Marvels bookings are made online using the ‘School Gateway’ app or website (before using this for the first time, you will need to contact the school office). Online bookings will close 24 hours before the start of a session so that children to adult ratios can be arranged. Emergency bookings made after online bookings have closed will have to be made by calling the school office.
As the school office is not usually staffed during Morton Marvels sessions, when dropping off or picking up children, please call Morton Marvels on 07725 556293 for access.
