Year 4 Home Learning

Remote Learning work is set directly for children within our learning platform MS Teams. It is expected that work is completed unless the child is not well enough to access the work.

Work should be submitted via Teams wherever possible to enable teachers to monitor engagement, provide support and give feedback to children more easily.

Whilst the majority of contact will take place via Teams (where children can speak or message teachers directly), you can also contact the teacher via the class email account at should you need to do so. Please be aware that teachers respond to this email in and around teaching in class and monitoring Teams, therefore responses will be sent as soon as possible to any enquiry.

Parents/Carers: Please read the E-safety note at the bottom of this page.

E-safety Note for Parents & Carers

During periods of school closure and home learning, children’s time spent online increases, as such it is important that we remain vigilant about online safety and ensure that out children are protected when using technology. Please could we remind you to ensure your internet settings are up to date, children are using ‘child friendly’ online search engines (such as or Kiddle for example) and you could revisit the SMART rules which we teach in school to ensure that your child knows how to keep themselves safe. Our E-safety page has more information. If you need any further support in online safety, please contact us.
